Basically, I'm doing a group project, the bottom 4 small topics are what I need to do, you can make it by your own opinions, but satisfy the project content. For each topics, write half page,double sided minimum.

I post the project scope so that u know what this project is about

Second thing need to do is make the PPT, I also posted the PPT for instruction, doing page 7&8&9, three pages PPT. I suggest take a look Project Scope first, then you'll figure out how this project goes.

A = Align

Introduction

Our team had many project ideas.

We selected the project that was best aligned with the goals of the organization

In the next two slides we talk about our project idea, its alignment, and business case.

B = Business Case

Our business case revealed that it was a profitable project

We estimated that we would invest $x dollars.

The benefits we get from this investment would be $ y in z years.

Eg., In the Business Case we estimated that our investment would be $60000 dollars.The benefits we get from the project investment would be $ 20,000 each year and we would recover our money in 3 years.

Project Scope

· The scope of the project only includes APP development and design, and the entire development and design process needs to be iterated (Iteration, app updates)

· It is set here that the initial delivery is an APP with only basic functions, and then three updates are performed to achieve a complete product

· Assume that APP architecture development is done by software engineers and IT department

Scope of the project

The project objective is to develop a smart phone APP that allow university and college students in Boston area to trade used text books, study materials, and other miscellaneous items in an online marketplace. This APP would first introduce to market with basic functions including posting, forming transaction, and reach full performance after three subsequent updates.

Exclusion: The project team is developing the APP under contract obligation with SZAP company, and fundings will be provided by SZAP company.

The project team will not be in charge with APP operation, maintainance, and marketing.

Assumption: The APP framework will be developed by IT engineers.

The initial APP handover will only include basic functions as listed below:

· Posting – word description of item and one picture

· The willingness to enter into transaction – but no payment function, users have to pay cash

· Chatting

Other functions will be added in following updates.

· After the release, the first update adds user location service, you can choose the user closest to you for transactions; release product classification and online payment

· After the release, the second update increases the distinction between different schools, which can include BU, BC, and other surrounding schools; increases the number of photos that can be posted and the function of posting videos; a post can contain multiple items

· The last third update for interface optimization, APP expansion, etc.
